By the end of this program, you will gain practical skills essential for supporting end users and collaborating effectively with your team in IT, ERP, and CRM environments, utilizing tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our diploma program equips you with the core competencies needed to excel as a PC Support Technician. You will develop a thorough understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networking, hardware and software, and personal computers—all of which are critical for a career in technical support or as a support specialist.
You will learn to identify, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues faced by end users working with both Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
